Hi
I just activitated my Public Mobile account yesterday. I am using an Asus Zen Phone 3.
I started receiving calls immediately and everything appeared fine but when I went to access Google this morning it is telling me that I am offline. I have restarted the phone several times and made sure that my mobile data settings are on but nothing seems to be working.
Has anyone run into this issue?

In addition to making sure the APN setting are correct, ensure also that mobile data is turned on and if there are usage limits set, they are not interfering with the data flow.

Yes - double check that your APN is correct.
How do I set up data/APN on my smartphone?
For myself I had to add one for Public Mobile. 🙂
