I want to add data on my plan how can i do that

Great question. Thank you for asking. It's always good to make sure to have funds added on to your account. Once you do, you can add any other plans or options you like to your account. What I most love about this feature as an alternative to your general plans on auto-pay is that you can win carryover perks on any unused minutes or data. As long you don't use a ton of data, this is a great option to have some backup when you needed. Especially if you are stuck somewhere. 

 

But if you do end up to have maxed your account. Then call 611 to do a quicker upgrade. Right from your phone - easy stuff and good to go.

Need To Create an Account click  Here .

@Aghvir Did you activate at a store or you did it yourself online?
If in store, you must create an account here: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/self-registration/
If you activated yourself, you must have entered the email and password which you need to use to login to your account.

I don’t have any account on self service but when i am trying to credit one it said you already have an account can you tell what to do

Purchase Add-Ons Through Self Serve

To purchase Add-Ons using your Self-Serve account, follow these steps:

  1. Click on ‘Purchase Add- Ons’ on the Overview tab and scroll down to the Add-On calculator.
  2. Click the plus sign (+) to add and the minus sign (-) to remove selected Add-ons.
  3. When you’ve added all your desired Add-Ons, click ‘Buy Add-Ons’ or ‘Make a Payment’ below the calculator:
    • You will see ‘Make a Payment’ instead of ‘Buy Add-Ons’ if there are not enough funds in your account to make the purchase.
    • If you don’t have sufficient funds to purchase the Add-Ons, you will be asked to make a one-time payment equal to the price of the Add-On, less your current available funds. Click ‘Submit’, then ‘Go back’: now the button below the calculator will say ‘Buy Add-Ons’.
  4. Select ‘Confirm my purchase’, and you’re off to the races!

Some addons are available for you to purchase by calling 611.

 

But all addons are available to purchase through your Self Serve account. If you have not created one yet, you can do that here: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/self-registration/

 

Then navigate to the Data & Addon section.

  1. Make sure you add funds first.
  2. Then go back and select your Addon.

@Aghvir   You can add it on My Account

 

Please note that adding add-ons is a 2 step process

 

1. Load enough fund, you will then see the fund there as Available Fund on My Account

2.Once you see the fund, you can then head over to the page to buy  the  Add-ons

@Aghvir Easiest would be to call 611 if you already have enough balance or credit card on file. You can also login to your self-serve account and add the add-on.
