I bought a data add-on & 24hours later I still don’t show any extra available data on my account

Try to use a different browser on Incognito mode and check if the data add-on is showing there. it should be there on the front page. Maybe post us a screenshot
And you checked Payment history? does it show you paid yesterday? is there another line showing you bought it?
Also check the Available Fund, how much is there?

@earthboundgirl - Addons will only work in Active plans/accounts (not suspended). So just ensuring your account is still in Active status. If suspended, then you will need to reactivate your plan for any addons to work.

@earthboundgirl Hi log out of your account then use a different browser in ingognito mode log back in see if it shows in your account if not make sure your funds aren’t sitting in your available funds if so go in and purchase your add on
