Hi,
I am trying to sort out an issue on one of my accounts. I set up the 90 days 12 GB plan back in July (around July 6th) Later on I had to get assistant in having my plan upgrade from 6 GB -> 12 GB
The billing data is being listed on Oct 18 however the first data usage is Oct 6th as far as I can see. All of the data has been used up however it has not been reset yet. It seems as if it is reseting on Oct 18th but I believe it should be the 6th?

Yes, your plan should've renewed ~Oct. 6th, but for some reason your renewal date is pushed a little further may be due to some complication. However, you can send a private message to the Moderator_Team with your account# and ph# to renew/reset early. This will change and correct the future renewal date.
