in southern Ontario near Hamilton and none of my families data is working. We are all right now in different locations. My data is stuck on 3G and so is my daughter’s. My husband is in a completely different location and and it says LTE but nothing is loading. I’m assuming the storms? I can’t find any information on what’s happening, but was not able to buy anything at the grocery store because they didn’t have any working data. I’m glad I had my bank card with me.

Yes, I see that there is no reported outage but none of us have service in my family. I am only getting 3G and nothing is loading. I can use voice though and make phone calls. Checked my account and everything looks normal. I have opened a ticket though

there is no reported outage on Telus site
did you try changing the network mode to 3G or LTE or 5G and try them ?
and you should open a ticket with PM agent and make them aware of it
