Data, SMS, and Calls not working.

Subscription was activated yesterday. eSim has been added to iPhone and is currently the only active SIM on the device. No data is working, SMS are not going through or going out, calls will ring for incoming and outgoing but cannot connect when answered on either end.

If porting didn't work properly, give the porting team a call.  I'll send you a PM with their number.

Phone has been rebooted and network settings have been reset. No change.

@pfTony Is this a new number or ported?  If ported, does your old SIM still work?  If so, the port didn't work properly and you'll have to attempt port again.

@pfTony  Try rebooting the phone or reset network settings , if still no luck please submit ticket with support to investigate
