Hi I have 1 GB on my plan but I am unable to connect to it, any help would be appreciated, thanks

@Felixbthe1 , problems with getting mobile data is usually associated with APN settings. I suggest performing a network reset if such function exists in the phone settings menu. Check that the following APN is set on the phone.

@Felixbthe1 enable data and try sending an mms text message. If it works, you should be able to access data. If it doesn't. It's probably your APN settings. For better gelp. Wjats the make and model of your phone? Thanks.

Did the data work ever? Go in account and look for amount of data remaining.
