I need to speak with a support agent. I have been trying for a week to activate my phone. The app for public will not allow me to get past the message on the app saying that the phone is not esim compatible.

I lost my wife just over 4 weeks ago and I had to have hip surgery right after she passed. I would greatly appreciate some help with this. I can provide a phone number for a  customer support agent to call.
