Is there anyway to talk to a real person at customer support

I was blocked from use as i was told I hadn't paid my monthly bill yet my m/c shows the payment clearly. I had to pay this again today to gain access again! I also pay my husband's phone the same way, his is fine. please rectify the double payment

Sorry, PM is an online service so only communication with an agent is Chat/dm/pm. Since you are a member since 2023…you should be aware of this.

Click on The Chat bubble and type in Submit a Ticket.

Normally if it is a common issue, members here can provide you with recommendations.

Customer support agents are contacted by using the chatbot.  While the chatbot is automated, it provides the option to contact customer service.
