Or go to recharge.com or muskbird.com and buy vouchers. muskbird.com also offers their RTR option that deposits the amount straight in to the account.

Trying to pay...my payment won't process...tried everything...have received no reply

if your account is currently suspended,  a quick way to resume service first is to get a voucher from SDM/711/London Drug/Shell and load the voucher using*611

I keep getting a 'cannot process payment ' when I try to pay. I have been trying for three days. I have cleared all my cache etc. Still not working....beyond frustrating

There's no actual speaking to a live person. Just this typing method like now. What's the question you have? Maybe us fellow customers can help you.
