Customer service access

I cannot get a secondary verification to come through to my phone and there’s no way to get it to go through to my email which had worked when I set up my phone. The only way to reach anyone is through a chat, and they say that they have no way to access Customer service. I need to login which I Can do, but cannot Create a ticket because I cannot do the secondary verification. I’m told I need to create a whole new email address and log into a whole new community. Something in order to even get something fixed on my account. Is this true? Does anyone know any way to reach Customer service through a phone number or an email? Could it really be that there’s no way to actually access customer service with the account I have and pay for?
