Hello? Any people working here or is it just a useless chat bot. Ive been waiting almost 2 weeks for my number to finish porting in. Stuck in limbo now. I can get your stupid marketing texts incoming, but no others (which is my biggest issue as I cant log into any site with 2FA including my bank, the government, and now Google, who just so happens to hold the passwords for all my other accounts). Absolutley unacceptable! Public Mobile is ruining my life! I cant access my money, services, or communications due to your xxxxxxxxx service and so far all i get for help is a retarded chatbot that just keeps directing me to your website that is as disfunctional as your phone service. Contact me immediatley! Get your house in order.

problem solved, had to get a number to phone telus and have them start the process over, kept them on the phone with me until everything was working.
i don't know why this website makes it so difficult to access such basic info like a customer service number. i get that they want you to try troubleshooting a bit to save them some time, but it might be a better experience if their chatbot wasn't on the same level as an early 00's fisher price tablet and the website isn't a 404 minefield. oh yeah, and the app is a joke too. if it wasn't for the awesome price plans and decent coverage i'd be moving on, but i guess ill take the bad with the good.

forward facing tech here sucks, but the amazing plans and coverage make it worth it

There is a number to call to talk to live support, they can re-trigger the process for you. I will message the number to you via the Community inbox ( https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage ) . Check the envelope icon on top right. Call them and get it fixed
