To get $19 plan, You need to sign in as a new customer with a new number and lose your number or port our to another provider and port back in as a new customer to save your number.

in both cases, you are going to lose any credit, points an referral you have.

Unfortunately, that plan is for new activations. Your lowest plan option is the $30 plan.
