Hi i need the account closed and payment refunded to the card. I made another acoount andported my number successfully over the phone with the porting department

when you click on this link below, it will take you to the private message page to create a message to send. Fill in the subject. Then fill in the body of the request. Then tap send.

Its just says private with a arrow going up and there nothing to click on and respond.

The links provided in your other threads go to a page with the agent username pre-filled. Then you fill in the subject and body and send.

hi @Ron112 usually there is no refund.  But since yuu created multiple accounts by mistake, they might help.  Please submit ticket with CS agent and ask

@Ron112 This is your 3rd posting about this. Making more won't get it done any quicker. You need to contact customer service. We can't help you as we are customers like you.

You should receive a reply within 48 hours though they are typically much faster. Keep an eye on the envelope icon for replies.

Edit: Do you mean you made another PM account? If so just contact customer service as outlined below.

@Ron112 If you ported your number to another provider, your account is automatically closed. No refunds for part month not used as PM is a pre paid service. You can message customer service to have them confirm ot though.
