Hi I have credited my account with $25 and I can’t use my phone. When I fail 611 there asking for me to top up. But I have $25 on my account.

Does your plan cost $25? If your plan costs more than $25 and has been supended, the $25 top up wouldn't re-enable the service. The full plan would need to be paid for. At Public Mobile, there are no pay-per-use charges.

@Chris1Magraw - so your account status says Suspended and you have no services?
What does the balance say owing on 611 or through your My Account? If 0, try restarting your phone.
If your plan still does not reactivate / resume and it shows $0 owing, log into My Account and try:
