Hello. My mother had an account with Public Mobile and just recently switched providers, she had 20 dollars credit on her account and is wondering if there's a way to get a refund for it. She can no longer access her account to find out. Thanks in advance.

@Josh26- Once your mother moved her line out, the account is closed off. Furthermore, since PM is a prepaid service, there are no refunds - in her case of left over funds. Generally speaking, it is usually best to wait until you have consumed any existing funds before transferring to another provider.

Hello @Josh26
I'm sorry to say but once an account is closed, all credits are lost. There is no way to get those funds. She should have waited till the credits were used up. There will be suggestions to reach out to a CS Agent and ask to see, but I honestly wouldn't even bother wasting your time. The answer will be a firm no. Public Mobile is a prepaid service. You lose what you don't use. Sorry dude.
