Credit for payment

I made a payment on my account, then changed my plan, then paid again.  Can I get a credit or refund for the initial payment?

If you changed your plan mid plan, there are no refunds as it's pre paid. You can reach out to a CS agent and request it via this link and see what they say. Fingers crossed!@
