Hi,
I think I am stuck here.
I reported my card lost a few days ago nd they are sending me a new card but they have canceled my old card already and that is the card on file for auto pay. So right now, I have not received my new card yet, my servie is suspended and I am supposed to be on the new plan on this cycle of renewal.
I also don't have another credit card to put on file. My credit card is working on my iphone though...
How can I pay or just wait it out until I get my physical card?

I am registered for 3 months add up. I got phone from my work.
I would like to stop the Public Mobile service right away. Is there any credit for the portion that I dont use?

Ok, I paid off the amount and my account is back to normal now but I lost the promo plan...

If it doesn't work, you use that pre paid card to buy Public Mobile voucher.

Give it a try. Address on pre-paid card won't matter so you just try with your address.
No, they don't have phone support. You can try sending private message to the mod but there will be a long wait.

You can purchase voucher from local store.
I think since your account went into suspended mode, it might not change to new promo plan that you requested due to payment failure.
So, either wait till your new cc arrives or purchase vouchers from local store and add that to your self-serve account.
Let us know if your plan changes to promo plan or not. If it doesn't, you might have to get in touch with one of the mod and explain what happened.
