I have auto pay setup, has been for three years
I use the same credit card on this account and three others I have with public mobile.
My other three accounts are in working order, the plans auto renewed and the credit card works.
I just tried manually reactivating my account and using my card but it's not working. However it works for literally everything else.
This is my business line and it's been non operational for two days - SEND HELP!!! lol

@GeminiCarter Your other option, until you sort out the CC problem, is to purchase a voucher from SDM, London Drugs, 7/11 or Shell and load funds by dialing 611 to reactivate your plan and get service back. Recharge.com will also email a voucher for a fee.
This gives you time to deal with the issue of why the CC payment didn't go through with customer support assistance.

@GeminiCarter hi do you need to update your card ? has your expiry date changed? do you have another cc or visa debit to replace it? you could contact a cs agent to find out what the issue is or help you update or change your credit card
