Credit Balance, Is It Locked To This Account?

I currently have a credit balance on my account (so a full payment is not necessary, the system will take money from my credit).
I assume this cannot be refunded?
Can I transfer a credit to another PM customer / phone number?
Any suggestions on what to do with a credit or I just have to wait it out and spend it on my own account? Asking in case I leave PM, wondering what's going to happen. Thanks.

If you leave PM, you will lose that balance. It cannot be refunded or transferred.

Unfortunately, the balance cannot be transferred to Koodo or to another PM account. When you leave, all balance will be forfeited.
