Creating a ticket

Public mobile should allow making a ticket to get help while signed in my account.

Because when you need help then it directs you to sign in community.

Then if you do not remember your user name or password it is a waste of time and super aggrivating.

I guess it is either fone on purpose or whoever set it up is ........ you fill the blank

So public mobile can you make it easier to get help?

I agree that there can be quicker way to access help.  In the chatbot, typeing in something such as "open ticket" will allow you to contact a customer support agent.
