Could not enter my full last name when registering and probably it is not allowing to make payment

I created my account and it did not allow me to enter my full last name, I entered only one part of it, then when tried to make the subscription payment it did not work with any card, most probably because last name does not match with the name in the card. How can I fix that ?

postal code is correct and still does not work

Your CC is based on your postal code of your registered account and your CC so make sure it matches then follow @computergeek541recommendation.

Name isn't part of the payment verification check and it can the card can be in anyone's name as long as you're authorized to use that card. If you're using the Public Mobile app, try enabling locations for the app.
