I bought a new sim card activated it and put in my mi 9t phone. For some reason it wont connect to the network. It worked with the old sim. I tried it on a friends Samsung A3, same thing. I put it in an old LG Nexus and it works.I cant figure this out

My phone suddenly won’t connect to the network either. I tried rebooting my iPhone and resetting the network settings that the chatbot suggested. Nothing works. Surely this is an error on public mobile’s end?

@mwdawg Is it the size of SIM? The 9t and A3 use nano SIM and the LG Nexus uses micro SIM. Maybe that's the problem.

@mwdawg Try rebooting the device , otherwise you may need support to rest your account and re provision the sim
