I tried to sign up with public mobile using an esim. I got a text saying everything is working however I have no network connection it just shows SOS where my data should be. Public mobile also won’t allow me to submit a ticket. It just keeps saying there was an error. This is super frustrating.

if it really not connecting on another phone, likely a sim card provisioning issue. Easy fix for PM support but you just need to engage support by direct message here
