Hi all,
I recently ported my number to Public Mobile, however, when requesting a confirmation code to log into my account, the previous number on the account shows up rather than my current number. Any fixes?

@GhostVandal can you login by asking the code to send to your email?
On the screen it is expecting you to enter the code, click Didn't get the code? or Resend code and then choose Send email
Once you are in, go to Profile, click Manage EverSafe id and then update the phone number
if you cannot My Account still, message support and ask them to sort it out
