Hi fellow Public Mobile users, I am a recent subscriber, am enjoying the service, yet when it comes time to Conference calling, or 3 way calling, the feature does not seem to be working. When I put one friend on 'hold' and add another caller, once I try to connect everyone, I can't hear the other person on hold, it does not connect properly. Any help would be appreciated. I reached out to a Customer Service agent however, have not hear back from anyone as of yet. Thanks

Thanks for your message, it seems that I'll have to try a customer service rep to see if they can reset something on there end, anyways, thanks for your assistance.

I've heard this before @Law_18 - sadly, it's not all too uncommon with Public Mobile.
Ask another person to initiate the call and bring in the 3rd person.
Can everyone then hear everyone?

What you should do is contact the support agent through direct message by clicking the link; https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437 and explain the problem. They can do a reset on their end regarding this as mentioned in the aforementioned thread. 🙂

@Law_18 Maybe try resetting your network settings. If dosent help maybe ask support to refresh your account and investigate

Hi Handy1, thanks for your reply, however, it still does not work. I read the conference calling feature, yet when I dialed the 2nd person, they came on the line, however, I could not hear the first person on hold, yet they heard me. It is not my phone, as it is brand new. Something on the PM front needs to be addressed for this calling feature to work!
