I just learned that Rogers has killed their community support forum and replaced it with an AI bot. What a shame. I have two 5G home internet accounts with Rogers and the forum was the only quick and reliable way to get support. Public Mobile PLEASE don't kill this forum!!!

I would think that since Public Mobile is an online service only, they will not do that. But, I don't speak for them soon I can only guess.
Unfortunately, the people that works for Public Mobile or makes those decisions are not readily the Community messages.
So if you can find a way to send feedback to them, that would be letting them hear your thoughts.
