Code being sent to temporary number

Everytime I try to login to read my messages or find a solution in the community bulletin I always have to get a code sent to me via text,email.

Everytime this code gets sent to my temporary phone number that I initially got from PM not my number I switched to. Is there any way that I can change that? Or do I need to contact customer service?

-I have checked my number on my account and it shows up as my number i transfered to after activation

You need to update the phone number for. 2FA at a different page.  login My Account, Profile, Manage EverSafe id and update the phone number there
