I suggest that you contact CS and ask them to remove your payment info. They will promptly do this for sure. Then you just have to wait for 90 days for your account to be totally removed.

if you are going to port your number to a new provider, your PM acct will deactivate as soon as you successfully port out. Otherwise, log in to your PM acct and turn off Subscribed (Autopay).
