Checking Data Usage

I just went on the new website and wanted to check my data usage and it says NaN. What does that mean? It will not give me how much data I have used on my plan. I am on the $25 for 1gb plan and wanted to check it since they made all these new changes.

@Handy1   it is not a cache issue and hence refresh or incognito won't help.  it is an actual glitch

@saharding0005  Try again incognito or

simply try refreshing the page when logged in

NaN stands for "not a number", sort of like dividing any number by zero or something invalid. But whyis it appearing? Good question.
