hey Moderator,

Please look into my account to check why I'm overcharged

Since PM is prepaid, I highly doubt that you’ll be overcharged. If someone added something to your plan without your authorization, then that’s another thing. Keep in mind your paying one of the lowest cell phone bills in Canada.
