Charged twice

So I decided to update my plan and somehow got charged twice, I should have abou 50$ in my account but at the moment it's 0 and I was charged about 124$ on my card. What can be done? cheers

Make sure when you sent a private message to the moderators, include the following:

  • Your name
  • Your account number, if you have it, or email address
  • Your phone number and 4 digit PIN
  • A detailed explanation of the specific issue

What do you mean by updating plan?  Changed plans?  If changing plans, it might be possible that you were billed the old plan and new plan?  Anyways, the moderators can help sort out this situation.  

 

For billing inquires, faster to directly PM a moderator.
