I am public mobile customer since November 19  2020.

My charge wa on Nov 19

Now in my charge is April 7 2023

This mean my charge have move forward 12 days.

This mean I am overcharge.

Why is my payment due change.

Sorry, no overcharge in you rcase.    PM is running on a 30 days cycle, not monthly.

So the payment date will shift one day up after every 31 days month

Your current payment date is April 7, your next couple one will be
