Changing to new plan before renewal date

Hey folks!

So last week I decided to see if there were new deals on plans and I found one I want to change to. Decided I’d have it set to change on renewal date but since I’m running out of data and renewal date is some time away, I’m wanting to change it now. 

is there any way to change it? When I go to subscription and add ons, my only options are “change subscription” (in which my new plan is my there) or under upcoming subscription which has the new plan, but the only option is to cancel the subscription change.

You have to cancel the scheduled plan change in order to change immediately to it. What plan do you have it scheduled to change to? Though unlikely you may have it scheduled for a plan no longer on offer and if you cancel it you will not be able to change to it?

Yep, that worked! I was worried if I cancelled it it would disappear. Thanks for the help!

HI @BraeSpulnick 

you can just go back to Change Subscription  page, pick the plan you want and then select Change Now.   The old one you chose earlier will be cancelled after your Change Now request.
