You should have ported before your Public Mobile subscription lapsed. Change to the cheapest available plan and reactivate so you can complete the port. No way around that.

Both accounts have to be active in order to port in/out.

If you have no service you will have to renew PM plan and then do post. PM will NOT release your number unless plan is active, unfortunately, nor will 'do you a favor' to extend service for 1 day.

@Daniel2004  sad as it may sounds, an account must be active to port out. You would need to re activate your PM account to the cheapest plan first then request the port from pc mobile again.
