Hello , I am planing on changing my current subscription for one of the Nee ones that covers US & Can. But when changing it gave me the option of starting the new subscription after mine is done it happens to be 10 days after the deal is suppose to be over. My question is would I still get it ?

Have done it many times.
And the best thing about it, since you've taken a screenshot you have evidence that you've made the plan change request so the customer support agents would give it to you anyway.

yes you will. Always best to select Change on Next Renewal.
