Changing plans

Hi I would like to change to the $15/month plan from my $40/month but that plan isn’t showing up on my app. 
Please help.

You can change your plan to plans available on your account ONLY!

If desired plan is NOT visible on your account that means it is NOT available to you and even talking to agent you cannot get it.

Some plans are available to NEW customers only and sometimes some nice plans are offered to existing customers.

In most (all) cases downgrading plan is NOT possible so to get cheaper plan will involve closing current account, losing number and subscribing again (+ cost of new SIM).

The $15 plan is no longer being offered.  Even subscribers with that plan are now paying $18 

For plan changez you can only choose plans offered in your My Account > Change Subscription page.  Different subscribers could see different plans.  

And  with your current $40 plan, you likely won't see too many cheaper plans,  probably just plans $30 and above
