My 90 day plan has just expired and I tried to change my plan to a 30 day plan instead. I used the build your own plan option and selected what i wanted for my plan, proceeded to the payment section. The funds appeared available in my account but the plan has not changed over and my plan has not been reactivated. @CS_Agent can you please advise how to get my plan changed and activiated again? thanks

@quinn, you are on the right track. Once your plan has expired(suspended), you cannot change it without moderator assistance. However, you might get a faster response by sending a private message to the moderator team.
