How on earth do you pay online and change my plan to new 4g 25gig offer the new web interface is useless can't do either?

use browser from computer, clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,
Login Page and use the down arrow to scroll down
you will get verification code by email or SMS
and when you press the 6 digit number and not press anything
just wait a 3 second automatically be login.

The new self-serve is way better than the old one lol. I understand it's slow at this time, but the improvements it brings is much worth than what we used to have. Plan change has been tested to be very simple to do. Go to the plan menu to change your plan. Select the plan and choose one of the two options to either change it now or during your next renewal.

@Bvbenoit1 When you log into your account, select Plans/Add-ons on the left hand side and then click the down arrow to the right hand side of the plans which will scroll to the next plan. The plans are in order of pricing so make sure to select the one offering 4G speeds. You're also advised to select Change at Next Renewal as PM doesn't offer refunds/prorate for unused features of your current plan.
