I changed phone and got charged $5 to transfer an eSIM. However, the app says it’s free of charge for existing subscribers. How do I get reimbursed?

@Maybel No worries this happened to me to I just had to engage support to get credit back
you can use the orange chat bubble bottom right of screen or send a private message To CS_Agent

It's $5 for the first one and free after that. If you already had an eSIM before, you can reach an agent for a $5 credit to your account.
