I want to change my current phone number to another from from lucky mobile, but I can't it so from the change number option. I put in the number and click check eligibility and nothing happened. What can I do to make this proc

you own the number you want to ported?
since it can be ported, you can open a ticket with PM Support, tell them the site is not working and ask them to help to request the porting process for you manually.

Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply you there

@dichoi just want to confirm, did you get any result from the Koodo link itself?
Also, you are existing customer and like to change number by porting? or you are activating new account and try to port at the same time?

Maybe also see if the number can come over. Sometimes they can't. The link says Koodo but it's for the Telus family to which Public belongs.

@dichoi could be just a browser issue
Try on another browser (Edge/Chrome/Firefox) or try in Incognito mode and see how it goes
And if you just want to check eligibility of porting, you can test it here (both Koodo and PM are owned by Telus, so, result in this Koodo site will be ok)
