Hi,
I have never been told I have a PIN#, now the voice mail request the PIN# to process, can anybody help for what should I do?

@CM108 - so you were able to set up a voicemail PIN, that's good.
What do you mean by "Hope they do not charge me anymore." ?
There will be no charges on anything you have not already paid for (prepaid and all..).
Are you trying to cancel your services? If so, ensure you remove any registered credit card from your account in self serve.
Or, are you having issues and cannot use your services? Can you elaborate on this if you are wanting to get services working, that is.

Hi @CM108 you can login to My Account and click Reset Voicemail Password there

Please go into your Self Serve account for the option reset your voicemail password.
