Please ensure you have $120 on your account. If you do and you still cant select the correct plan then unfortunately it is time to contact the mods and it`ll take 24-48 hours. Please include sim#, phone#, email used during activation, and detailed description of what happened.

Probably a glitch. Does your phone actually have any service? If not, since the funds are still there, you can try to select the plan you want in the self-serve and purchase it.

Try topping upto 120 and then pick the plan. It worked for some people and they got service. The mods will later add the difference to your account.
