Hello, I wanted to change my email and password in the profile settings. How may I do so?

@Anonymous When I initially responded there was only the first link which I couldn't get to work on my PC when I tried it, even a few minutes ago. Maybe an issue on my end.

Again if you want to change email for your community account you don't need to contact them.

If you want to change your email address for your self service account, you will need to contact moderator. You can change your password yourself in self service account.
To contact moderator via 2 methods:
Click on the question mark on the right lower corner of website to start ticketing process to contact moderator. Type: Contact moderator. Follow the prompts to submit ticket.
or
2 Send a private message to moderator through the following link :

Please contact moderatora https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat/ to change your login/email for selfserve.
To change password you can do it from your selfserve: login and click on profile https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/Overview/my-profile/profile-change-password/
If you are talking about the community account, then click on your avatar and chase settings you will be able to change it there https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/myprofilepage/tab/personal-profile and chose from the drop down menu
