Changing account email

Hi,

I'm trying to check on the status of a request I made about a week ago.  It was to change the email associated with my account.  @Mary_M had been the moderator helping me with this.

Could someone let me know the status please?

Do you mean your self-serve account? Have you tried logging in with your new e-mail?
