Hello,
Please I need to change my current plan to a lower plan, specifically, the $25/month effective immediately. I have tried doing this myself, but could not find that option. Please note that this is urgent and extremely important.

That's the plan I wanted, but not listed as what I can downgrade to. I now have an unlimited internet in my house and office and shouldn't be wasting so much on my phone internet that I do not need

Your choice but remember...if you're ever dis-satisfied with your new provider...you can always come back to Public Mobile and take a much cheaper plan...and transfer your number back to Public Mobile.
I see there's a great $25 plan with 25GB's data, talk and text for new subscribers right now with Public Mobile.

Thank you for the offer, but no thanks. I am not ready to abandon my new number. I will port to another provider.

If you don't mind taking a new number , just get a new sim card and activate a new Public Mobile plan. There's some cheaper rates for new customer that might sound better to you. You'd end up just abandoning your existing account and cell number though. Once you have established your new Public Mobile account, log in to your old account and disable Subscribe (autopay).

Thank you. I will have to port out of Public Mobile

Thank you for your quick response. This means Public Mobile isn't for me. I will have to leave to where I can have some form of freedom.

unfortunately, you can't do that as quick as you want. You now have to downgrade to cheapest plan you see in your account...then hope to see a cheaper one next time.
With Public Mobile...once you have a higher value plan, it's that difficult to downgrade.

sorry, existing subscribers can only change to plans offered on their My Account -> Change Subscription page. If you don't see the plan there, then the plan is not for you. No way to bypass the rule
