When you log into youŕ account do you have a balance equal to or more than the plan change you chose? If so try and do the plan change again. Or do you see the reactivate button? Click on it and reboot your phone. Or did the system take your payment and your services are not working? Then suspend your services via lost/stolen. Log out. Wait 1 min. Log in and resume your service via lost/stolen. Log out and reboot your phone. If you still dont have your service working then contact the moderators.

@Tater the payment system probably glitched out.
you probably should of manually deposited the cost of the plan before changing. this is a known issue. sorry for your inconvenience... contact customer support mods to help you get your services working again

Hi @Tater which one did you choose -
If you chose "Change plan now", your plan would have been changed immediately.
If you chose "Change on next renewal date", the new plan would take effect then.
Log in to your self-serve account, what does it say on My Plan?

trun off and trun back on your phone . and it will work just like normal plan 30 day plan and it will stop after30 day

Hi @Tater
If you choose to change immediately it should be instant, you may need phone restart.
If you postponed your change, it will happen on your renewal day
If you ever want to change to the same plan immediately (renew early) you must contact moderators
If your plan is still not working after restart you should contact mods

Should be right away. Try rebooting your phone if you did an immediate plan change.
