I have just changed my plan today the 13th.. My renewal date for the old plan was 17th of the month. Looking at the overview I see the renewal date is the same as it was before.
Now that I have changed my plan why does the renewal date on the overview not show the 13th of the following month?

Did you do immediate plan change or Change on next renewal?
Edited to add: Is the new plan showing up as your current plan?

you were given option to Change plan now OR Change on Renewal. If you took Change on Renewal, your plan new plan will take effect on next renewal and be good for 30 days after that.

@JamesxBondx1 You don’t use the change plan on renewal day by sounds of it , you did immediate plan change in that case you start a new 30 day subscription right away and lose money on your current cycle . And if you just switched today aug 13 you next renewal date should be sept 12
