Hi,
Last night I changed my plan to a $40 plan. My Credit Card was charged but under account it is still showing my old $60 plan. How long does this take to change? Thank you

the change is immediate if you click "Change Plan now"
but PM site has poor cache management.
Clear cache and relaunch browser
or use Private or Incognito mode to check My account

@Baylee13 hi there is a cache issue with accounts,use a different browser in private or incognito mode sign back in and see if it clears up

Try logging into your account using a browser in incognito or private mode first.
Your probably looking at old cached information.
Also, the 4 G speed won't show up for about 48 hours from your switch to the 4G plan though.
