Was your problem solved and how was it solved? It would be informative for the rest of the community to know so that if someone else gets this problem, someone can provide a solution. Thanks.

Did you port an old phone number from an old service? It can take a couple hours for that change to go through.

@kassanova123, please realize that anything you post on this message board can be seen by anyone. I have also placed the discussion about your service issues into one place so that you can more easily interact with everyone who is trying to help you.
Some people have reported some success with generic solutions such as topping up another $1 to the account, or by temporarily reporting the phone/sim as lost/stolen and then reactivating it a few minutes later.
If you need to contact customer service (in private), that can be done by using this website link: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

If you go to knowledge Base it does not give the option to start a "New Topic" there without going through other steps which can be confusing for some. So I simplified my Macro by saying that.

Hi, it is best if you start your own topic.
Go to Community, at the bottom choose the best category that represents your situation (Not Knowledge Base), click orange target at top "Start a Topic".
Please include as much information as you can about your situation.
